Ingredients:
13oz raw shrimp in shell
7.15 oz raw salmon cut into pieces desired
6.15 oz Chopped Pak Choi
3.17 oz sliced tomato
1teaspoon smashed ginger
4 cups water
1.5 teaspoon Knorr Tamarind Soup Mix
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce (Patis)
Directions:
1. Mix water, fish, ginger, tomatoes and tamarind soup mix in pot and boil for 10-15 minutes.
2. Add in Pak Choi and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add salmon and shrimp and cook for another 3-5 minutes till salmon is opaque and shrimp is nice and pink.
4. Split into 2 dishes
