1-10 oz can of chicken breast, packed in water
Ingredients:
½ cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup diced celery
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
8 large green leaf or romaine lettuce leaves
2/3 oz chopped peanuts
Directions:
1. Mix the chicken, yogurt, celery, parsley, salt, pepper and curry in a medium bowl
2. Prepare wraps by topping lettuce leaves with chicken salad, sprinkling with peanuts and rolling wraps.
Yields 2 Servings ~ Per Serving – 1 Lean, 3 Greens, 3 Condiments, 1 Healthy Fat
