Ingredients:
5oz of 98-99% Fat Free Ground Turkey (cooked weight)
1.14 oz of Moderate-Fat Shredded Cheese
1 oz 1 Dill Pickle Spear Diced
2 tablespoons Light Wishbone Thousand Island Dressing
2 cups of Shredded Lettuce
½ cup Tomatoes Diced
Directions:
1. Brown Ground Meat
2. Put in bowl or on a plate
3. Top with Cheese, Lettuce, Pickle, and Tomato
4. Add Dressing
5. Toss everything together and enjoy
6. Alternate Directions for a heathy burger:
7. Make a turkey burger and put it between 4 lettuce leaves,
8. Add all toppings (remaining ingredients) and enjoy
