4 cups tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon red onion, diced
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (optional)
3 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cut avocados in half and remove seed.
all ingredients together and place back in avocado shells

*To eat use a spoon to scrape out avocado and other ingredients and enjoy or you can remove rind prior to filling and bite into to enjoy.
