Ingredients:
6 eggs Eggs, Whole
1 tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard
Directions:
1. Hard boil eggs and peel.
2. Cut eggs in half, remove yolks and place into a bowl. Put egg whites onto a plate.
3. Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Fill each egg white with 1/12 of the yolk mixture.
5. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Yields 2 Servings ~ Per Serving- 1 Lean, 3 Condiments (Don’t forget to add 3 Greens to complete your Lean and Green)
