2 ¼ lbs. Chicken Tenders (cut into bite size pieces)
6 teaspoons Package Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
8 Ounces low fat cheese
¼ cup Onion (finely chopped)
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ Teaspoon Salt
1. In Instant Pot Sauté chicken, milk, and ranch seasoning, onion, garlic powder, butter, and salt.
2. Sauté for 10 minutes on high until chicken is cooked thoroughly but tender.
3. Keep on sauté. Add 8 ounces of cheese, and place lid on Instant Pot.
4. Set timer for 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
Yields 6 servings ~ Per serving – 1 Lean, 3 condiments, 1 fat
