Ingredients:
1 ½ cups shredded purple and green cabbage
7 oz cooked shrimp
Dressing:
2 tablespoon PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
1 ½ tablespoon water
2 tsp lite soy sauce
¼ tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
½ packet stevia or to taste
2 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage and shrimp in a medium sized bowl.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the peanut dressing together in a small bowl.
3. Pour over shrimp and veggies.
4. Toss to coat.
Yields 1 Serving ~ Per Serving – 1 Lean, 3 Greens, 2 Condiments, 2 Healthy Fats, 1 snack
