Ingredients:
5 oz Iceberg Lettuce (wedge)
6.4 oz. 2 % cottage cheese
4 Tablespoons low fat Blue cheese crumbles
or
3 Tablespoon regular Blue cheese crumbles
2.5 oz low sodium turkey bacon
2 cups (5.08 oz) crisp iceberg lettuce
½ cup (2.63 oz) cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. Put Cottage Cheese and the Blue Cheese Crumbles in a blender and mix good until smooth and creamy. (Add a little water if needed to thin out a bit.)
2. Set aside.
3. Cut turkey bacon into crumble size and cook in frying pan till done.
4. Plate Iceberg Lettuce
5. Cover lettuce with Dressing
6. Sprinkle Turkey Bacon over salad
7. Add Cherry tomatoes:
