1 ½ pounds raw extra-large shrimp
14.16 oz asparagus, chopped
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
1 tablespoon shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1. Combine everything in a ziplock bag (except cheese ) and let sit for about 30 min.
2. Heat a sauté pan to med-high heat. Pour everything into pan and cover. Stir occasionally, about 10-15 minutes or until shrimp cooked through and asparagus to desired firmness.
3. Add cheese at the end to melt and stir in.
Yields 2 Servings ~ Per Serving – 1 Lean and 3 Greens
