Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
14 oz crabmeat
3 eggs
1 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoon almond flour
¾ teaspoon old bay – Maryland-style crab seasoning
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon olive oil for frying
Directions:
1. Preheat oven broiler.
2. Mix together crabmeat, parsley, almond flour, and crab seasoning. Beat together eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice.
3. Form into patties and place on a lightly greased broiler pan or baking sheet.
4. Broil for 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown.
Yields 3 Servings ~ Per Serving – 1 Lean, 3 Condiments, 1 Healthy Fat
