Ingredients:
Base:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 tbsp full-fat free cream cheese
- 1 packet calorie free sweetener
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- Cooking spray
For Garlic Bread:
- ½ tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
For Focaccia Bread:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300
- In a small bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar substitute until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine egg whites and cream of tartar, and beat on high speed until egg whites form stiff peaks. You will know you have stiff peaks when the egg whites are shiny and stand straight up when the beaters are lifted.
- Very carefully fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites until combined. Be very careful not to break the egg whites.
- Scoop mixture into eight even rounds on a baking sheet.
- Back for about 20 minutes and remove from oven. Brush tops with butter or olive oil (Depending on which type of bread you are making); sprinkle with accompanying seasonings. Return to oven and back for an additional 5-10 minutes, until tops are golden brown. Allow to cool completely on rack when finished.
