Ingredients:
3 cups red radishes, washed and sliced thin
2 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
10 sprays cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. In a large bowl, mix radishes with olive oil and spices.
3. Lay the radish slices in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chips are crisp and lightly browned
Yields 2 Servings ~ Per serving – 3 Greens, 2 Condiments, 1 Healthy Fat
