Ingredients:
¼ cup Egg Beaters
1 ½ cups broccoli
4.5 oz 1% cottage cheese
¼ teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
½ tablespoon light butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake for 40 min.
5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake an additional 20 minutes.
