Ingredients for the Salad:
3 cups Romaine lettuce
1 ½ cups tomatoes
1 ½ cups green onion
10 black olives
1 ½ cups cucumbers
6 tablespoons reduced-fat feta cheese
Ingredients for the Lemony Garlic Dressing:
3 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
7 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 packet of Splenda
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions for Salad:
Combine all the salad ingredients and top with fresh feta cheese and pepper to taste.
Directions for Dressing:
1. For the dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together.
2. Once the mixture is fully incorporated, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Then enjoy it over the salad!
