“So just WOW…the picture on the left popped up in my photo app showing “Portraits of 2018”. And oh I cringed seeing myself from last April. I don’t see pictures of myself every day so seeing this picture was very hard to look at. But I have to because it’s a reminder of the old me and how the new me won’t ever go back to that place.
Now I’m a whopping 8️5 pounds less (started 6/30/18) and my life has completely changed. I used to be hopeless. You just have to take the steps and make a choice to take back your life like I did.”
