Here are Rebecca’s revelations about what she has experienced on our program.
“No it is not an introductory class on how awesome Rebecca’s are and let me tell you we are pretty awesome! It is the amount of weight I have said goodbye to in 8 months.
- Here are some things I have learned along the way…
- My body enjoys eating every two to three hours.
- It will promptly let me know when it does not enjoy what I eat & yell at me for a couple hours afterwards! i.e. pizza, eggs, onion rings, Oreos…
- I have saved money drinking just water.
- Recipes are cool but I like to keep it real simple. Protein, carb, healthy fat
- Losing weight is not going to fix my problems and I need to take care of the many different aspects of health that this program can help with.
- Habits can be changed over time if you put in the work and some days I don’t want to. Progress not perfection!
- The pain I felt at the beginning is no longer there to push me towards my goals.
- Non scale victories are the best!!!
- Food has an effect on my mood, sleep and inflammation.
- It is a lot easier doing this with other people who support you and are working towards similar goals. I love my community & coach!
I am loving my life and all that I am able to do now that I am healthier!”
