“60 pounds lighter and holding 2.5 years later, I have come so far physically BUT ALSO emotionally, mentally, and even financially.
The pic on the left I was addicted to food, binge ate, and was an emotional eater. Everything was always happening to me and I lived in a place of blame, shame and guilt. I was just existing and coasting through life. I desired more in life but didn’t know where to start.
Now I’m not only in a size 4, but I have a ton of energy and mentally broke the chains of binge and emotional eating. I know that I am the only person responsible for myself and actions and I have a clear vision of what I want to do and where I want to go.
