Ingredients:
1 cup (red, yellow & orange) peppers
½ cup of green onions
Olive Oil spray
7 oz cooked shrimp
¼ cup of Cilantro
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 tablespoons of guacamole
1 tablespoon Salsa
Add in a little bit of sprayed olive oil. Add 7 ounces of cooked shrimp, ¼ cup of cilantro, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon of cumin, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder… top with 4 tablespoons of guacamole and 1 tablespoon of salsa…
Directions:
1. Sauté Peppers and onion in a little bit of olive oil
2. Add 7 oz cooked shrimp
3. Mix the shrimp, peppers, cilantro, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder together
4. add dollops of guacamole on top
5. add salsa over top
