Ingredients:
1 cup colored peppers (4.80 ounces),
½ cup of green onions
1 serving of green onions (1.76 ounces)
Olive oil spray
7 oz cooked shrimp
¼ cup of Cilantro
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
4 Tablespoons of guacamole
1 Tbsp Salsa
in a little bit of sprayed olive oil. Add 7 ounces of cooked shrimp, 1/4 cup of cilantro, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder… top with 4 tablespoons of guacamole and 1 tablespoon of salsa…
Directions:
1. Sauté Peppers in a little bit of olive oil
2. Add 7 oz cooked shrimp
3. Mix the shrimp, peppers, cilantro, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder together
4. add dollops of guacamole on top
5. add salsa over top
Yields 1 Serving ~ Per Serving – 1 lean, 3 Greens, 2 healthy fats, 3 condiments
