Boy does Sarah have a story….. Here it is in her own words…..
“Baby weight, lack of sleep and poor eating put a toll on my body. I was tired, stressed, grumpy, depressed and frustrated with myself. I was not aging gracefully and needed naps to keep up with my kids. I had no energy for play dates with my kids or date nights with my husband. Season passes to water parks and the like went without use. I really just wanted to stay home. I hadn’t gotten out of maternity clothes for goodness sake. In photos, I hid behind everyone. I wanted to work out, but with what energy?!?
I finally hit a wall and feared that I wouldn’t be healthy enough to watch my littles grow older. My mother passed away at 48 and with being 40 myself, that scared me! I reached out to my friend who became my Health Coach. 25LBS DOWN in FIVE WEEKS and already my life has changed. I have energy to chase my toddler, deal with sleepless nights, pick ups, drop offs, football games, and I have incorporated working out! And I enjoy it! I have experienced so many Non-Scale Victories that I’ve lost count! I feel great. I’m so energized that I’m not relying on caffeine to get through the day. Clothes are fitting better! I can picture being here for my boys for a long time! I’ve realized we only get one body, one life! Take care of it! I want to thrive, not just survive.”
