Hi my name is Samantha! I started this journey just after I turned 29 knowing I wanted to get healthy before I turned 30. I learned a lot about myself along the way, it’s not just about being physically healthy but also working on my mindset! Thanks to the Habits of Health system for helping me make the changes!
