“Down almost 30 lbs in 3 months. I don’t recall ever being this thin (or even referring to myself as thin) because I’ve always been a chubby girl but here I am, almost 50 and feeling FAB-U-LOUS!!! The greatest gift you can give to yourself is health; I did it and my life has changed so much and I am loving it!!
