“I started at 243 lb and today weighed in at 187 lb. I have advanced arthritis in my left knee and my doctor told me if I don’t take the excess weight off it I will need a knee replacement before I’m 50. I got with my coach and they helped me take the weight off my knee! My doctor was shocked that I actually took her advice
