Personal Portobello Mushroom Pizza
2- 2oz Portobello Mushroom Caps will gills scraped out.
¼ cup no Sugar Add Italian Tomato Sause (such as Rao’s Homemade)
4 oz reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp shredded basil (Optional)
1. Preheat Broiler
2. Place the mushroom caps on a lightly greased baking sheet lined with foil. Spray tops with cooking spray and broil for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Evenly spread the tomato sauce into each cap, and then top with cheese and basil.
4. Broil again for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and enjoy.
