Ingredients:
18 oz, boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ cup reduced fat parmesan Cheese (grated)
½ teaspoon Low fat Italian Seasoning
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Garlic Salt OR 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
Ingredients for Health Dip Options:
2 Tablespoons light buttermilk Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
OR
1 teaspoon light mayo with a bit of Franks Hot Sauce mixed in
Directions:
1. Pre Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut chicken Breasts into thin strips
3. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, Italian Seasonings, Paprika, Salt and Garlic Powder
4. Line a shallow back in pan with foil or parchment paper
5. Roll the chicken in the cheese mixture
6. Spread on the prepared pan
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is Completely cooked.
Yields 2 Servings – Per Serving = 1 Lean, 3 condiments, 1 healthy fat
