The average American’s diet consists of processed foods, energy-dense and high-glycemic foods. These foods cause our blood sugar to rise quickly and dramatically. Then our body dumps insulin which causes our blood sugar to drop drastically. This results in cravings of those same foods. These foods lead to obesity and many diseases!!
This is why eating healthy is so very important! Get off that Merry-Go-Round and start making better choices. Once you begin to eat healthy again, your body will begin to crave healthy foods. Once you are properly fueling your body with healthy foods, your body will begin to repair itself.
