Ingredients:
7 oz cooked shrimp
½ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup green onions
¾ cup jicama
¼ cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons plain low fat Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon low sodium taco seasoning
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon regular Mayo
1 teaspoon Franks hot sauce
Directions:
1. Cut shrimp, tomatoes, green onions, and jicama into small pieces.
2. Mix remaining ingredient into a bowl.
3. Toss everything together.
4. Let chill for 30 min to 1 hour
5. Serve and enjoy
