Have a list when you go to the supermarket to prevent impulse purchases. For extra exercise, leave your cart at the end of the aisle and carry what you need back to it (Ladies, do not leave your purse unattended in the cart). Park your car as far away from the store entrance as possible to get some extra walking in!
Remember that generally the healthier food is located on the outside isle of the store. The “junk food” is generally kept on the inner isles. AVOID the inner isles as much as possible.
