Hamburger Cabbage Stir Fry
7.5 oz 93% lean ground beef
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cabbage, shredded
¼ chopped green peppers
¼ cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ packet Splenda
1. In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground beef with the garlic powder and a little salt and pepper.
2. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and heat through.
4. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
