1 pound lean ground beef (or can sub turkey)
1 bag shredded cabbage
1 bag broccoli slaw
1 green onion
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
red pepper flake
¼ cup low sodium broth
1. Brown ground beef in skillet with one tablespoon of soy sauce.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low until veggies are cooked through and liquid is gone.
