LIVE YOUR WHY – This is the most important element of your health plan. Your WHY is what inspires you to act – it drives you to live a healthy lifestyle and is a crucial part in preparing an actionable plan.
WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS – Write down your goals and the steps to take to reach each goal. Written goals can make your health and fitness plan objectives clear. When faced with a decision between a healthy or unhealthy choice, remember that making the healthier decision will give you a more significant benefit and greater satisfaction in the end.
