“If you keep trying the
same things over and over that don’t work for you then what good is it? Right?
In the fall of 2017 I was about 230 lbs. I had to keep buying clothes because it was getting difficult to wear clothes that looked nice on me. I walked a lot but I wasn’t losing and would gain if I ate more than one meal a day. So, it didn’t take much to gain weight. I didn’t have any blood pressure, heart or diabetes problems but I would get very tired. I was looking for ways to lose weight. I used as many sugar free products I could find to help and mostly ate chicken, Turkey, veggies and salad. Exercising didn’t help much. So. it wasn’t until I found the program I’m on now did I start getting the weight off. I still have a ways to go but I’ve lost 64 lbs. so far and I have a lot more energy and you can too!
