“9 months ago I was cleaning out our church and
working nights. I was very busy and physically active. I was 231 lbs. and I was
doing everything I could to lose weight. I was very active and would only eat
one meal a day. I would drink coffee, tea or ice tea with stevia.
I would watch my sugar and carbs. But if I ate any more than that I would gain
weight. I wasn’t feeling well and I reached out to my friend and now my health
coach because I already knew my doctor wanted me to lose the weight before I
had serious health problems. So, I took the plunge and said I would try the
program because nothing I knew to do was working for me. I’m so glad I did! Now

I’ve lost 75 lbs.
I’m down from 3x-4x to L-XL Petite sizes (Down 6 sizes)
I sleep a lot better
I haven’t had to exercise to lose weight
My joints, knees and hips don’t bother me anymore.
I have better balance and walk a lot better with no limping from my right hip and knee.
I can stand for a long period time
I’m not using an extension seatbelt anymore
I don’t have any problems going up and down the stairs
Increased energy, mental and physical Stamina
I look much younger, no sagging skin from losing weight.”
