Balsamic Mushrooms Kabobs
4 cups mushrooms
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
- Combine balsamic vinegar and spices, Marinate the mushrooms in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Skewer the mushrooms and grill over medium-high heat until just tender and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Yields 4 Servings – Per Serving – 2 greens, 3 condiments
