10 oz. chicken breast (cooked and diced)
½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
3 oz. avocado, mashed
4 teaspoons lime juice
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 Cups of Spring Mix or Iceberg Salad
1. Mix everything except the salad together.
2. Pour Mixture over the salad (½ mixture for each salad)
* you can also use romaine lettuce instead of the salad and scoop mixture onto the lettuce leaves and make them into wraps. If doing this don’t forget to add more Greens to complete this Lean and Green Meal.
Yields 2 Servings ~ Per Serving – 1 Lean, 3 Greens, 2 ½ Condiments, 1 Healthy Fat
