Ingredients:
4 oz. Chicken breasts
2 cups Romaine lettuce
½ cup Cherry tomatoes
1/8 Avocado
2 oz. Fresh mozzarella
Garlic Salt (season to taste)
Pepper (season to taste)
Fresh torn basil
Walden farms Balsamic
Directions:
1. Cut raw chicken into small cubes
2. Sautee chicken in Garlic Salt and pepper
3. Cut Cherry tomatoes in halves
4. Chop Avocado into small pieces
5. Chop or grate fresh mozzarella
6. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
Yields 1 Serving ~ Per Serving -1 lean, 3 greens, 1 healthy fat and 3 condiments
