Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 sweet bell peppers cut into strips
2 tablespoons guacamole
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, seasonings, and lime juice in a medium sized bowl.
2. Add peppers with the chicken, stirring until combined.
3. Spray air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Place chicken and peppers in the air fryer.
5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 14 to 15 min, stirring halfway through.
6. Divide into two equal portions.
7. Top with 1 tablespoon of guacamole per serving
8. Enjoy
