I lived my late teens and twenties saying “Being healthy/thin/fit would be great, but (insert excuse here).” At 31, I’m healthier than I was at 15 and you want to know the difference? Time and mindset! I was inspired by the Habits of Health program and my wonderful health coach. I realized I was enough and worthy of the time. So, I decided to choose wellness and, ultimately, give more time to others as a health coach. Time is a precious commodity, friends, and we never get those seconds, minutes, hours or days back. Make the most out of what you have and experience the best “time” of your life.”
